Kitchen Counters and Vanity

Got the tile for the kitchen counter, still haven't gotten my $10 off coupon for HD, so the backsplash tile is still waiting at the store for me to buy it.
The tile for the vanity arrived same day I was working on the drawer fascia, solid wood, needs sanding and paint.
Ground off the extra metal under the sink so it will sit flush, and it will fit.

Little tiles means no cutting.

And here's after I applied the wood.

 Okay, from above you can see the lines, but not from standing there....as you can see the white mesh and the white mastic leave the color of the tile pretty much the same as the top pic.  The dark grout should tone that down a bit.

And here's the vanity with the purdy bowl sink, as you can see I painted the wood blue so it would hide all the wood fill, everything is drying right now, even the backsplash on the vanity, it gets warm here, but I'm giving things time to dry fully as I wait for the HD coupon to buy the five 18" tiles for the kitchen backsplash....
